Homestay Manager

The Homestay Manager will oversee the accommodation, pastoral care, and well-being of our international students. Working within a supportive and experienced team, you will help ensure every student enjoys a safe, positive, and memorable New Zealand homestay experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the homestay programme.
  • Support the well-being and safety of international students.
  • Recruit, support, and liaise with host families.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies and legislation.
  • Build positive relationships with students, families, staff, and agents.
  • Work flexible hours as required, including 24/7 on-call duties during term time.

  • Strong cultural awareness and a genuine commitment to student wellbeing.

This is a permanent part time position for 30 hours per week, term time only.
