Science Teacher - Full Time, permanent beginning 28 January 2025

Our school is seeking an inspiring and collaborative teacher of Science. This position is a Full Time, permanent position.

We require a teacher to assist in our Science programme who can teach a range of year levels. Please state senior subjects.

The successful applicant needs to be a team player, familiar with the relevant junior science curriculum and NCEA assessment programmes and able to inspire and engage young women in this area. We have a well-led and well-resourced Science department with plenty of support. Applicants should be prepared to play an active role in the co-curricular and professional life of the school.

Palmerston North Girls’ High School is the only state girls’ secondary school in the Manawatū. We have outstanding NCEA results and work within a Culturally Responsive and Relational Framework. Our staff provide high quality education with a strong focus on valued educational outcomes alongside personal development as a learner.
